Final Approval Hearing
On December 13, 2023, at 11:00 am, the District Court held a Final Approval Hearing at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before the Honorable Hector Gonzalez in Courtroom 6A South, at 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York 11201. Approval by the Court is determined by case criteria to be decided within 30 days of the date of the hearing. |
